Joshua has been working in and studying acoustics since 2002. He has experience working on a wide array of topics in acoustics, noise control, and vibration including architectural acoustics, environmental noise, and mechanical noise and vibration control. His expertise is in solving environmental and industrial noise problems with a preference for unique and difficult issues.
Dennis founded Associates in Acoustics in 1990. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Board-Certified Noise Control Engineer. He is a Past President of the National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA), a Fellow Member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), and past Chair of the AIHA Noise Committee. Driscoll has over 20 technical publications, including 8 book chapters, and he serves as one of the editors and participating authors of The Noise Manual, 5th and 6th Editions, by AIHA.
Tom joined Associates in Acoustics in 1998. His primary responsibilities include conducting engineering noise control surveys, data analysis, research, and design of recommendations for noise control. In addition, he conducts environmental and community noise surveys, as well as employee noise exposure assessments for both hearing conservation and regulatory compliance. He also teaches noise control and hearing conservation training seminars, which are customized to the particular needs of the client or attendees.
